Tom Goulden is one of only a handful of creative arts practitioners in the UK with a youth work qualification and specialism in youth participation. Tom’s philosophy is about using creative arts to empower young people to share their stories and its ability to broaden young people’s perspectives and critical thinking.

Nicola Bryson is a qualified freelance youth worker, with a specialism in youth participation. Nicola leads on key aspects of our Youth Forum work and other schemes of work including our eating difficulties project and Steps to Respect programme to address sexualised bullying in and outside of school.

With a background in social action research, human rights and safeguarding, John Khan has over 25 years of experience developing strategies and resources to support the needs of 'at-risk' young people and has delivered numerous national training programs to hundreds of practitioners.
